I'm Too Busy Pining Away To Worry About Dining Today...

...and you will be too once you see the incredible after pictures of this dining room table and chairs set I am going to show you.

Say hello to Deborah of Absolutely Vintage.  She recently took on the task of transforming these pieces.  That is quite the undertaking.  When I poll the furniture flippers I know they always tell me chairs are their least favorite pieces to work on.  This set has six of them.

Deborah painted the table and chairs in a color called "Oxford Stone" by the Farrow and Ball Paint Company based in England.  The paint's name is derived from the color of the old stone buildings in Oxford, home to the famous University in the UK, which serves as it's inspiration.  (The name alone makes me want to use it, sight unseen.)

Deborah chose the eggshell finish for its hard wearing capabilities and the fact that it wipes down easily with a damp cloth.  The fabric Deborah picked for the chairs is a beautiful French Toile in Linen.

Put all of this together and you get this magnificent French Country Chic table and chairs...

Pardon me while I sit and stare at that picture for a while longer.  I'm imagining myself sitting in that breathtaking room.  I want to live there.

Let's take a look at a few more pictures, shall we?

Somebody catch me, I'm falling...in love.  (I'm conscious of my own dining room table sitting behind me, probably staring daggers at me.  Quit your growling Tiger Oak Table, you aren't going anywhere.  Steffie loves you still.  I'm just coveting another.  I'm not going to act on it.)

Absolutely Vintage is based in the UK.  They are a family run business who enjoys renovating preloved vintage furniture and offering them at affordable prices. You can meet Deborah on her Absolutely Vintage Facebook page where you will see more examples of her beautiful work there.  Let her know you saw her on Furniture Flippin'.  While this particular dining room table and chairs set is now sold, you can also find some of her items on Ebay UK

Thanks Deborah for sharing your stunning furniture flip!

Okay dear readers of this little blog, let's see what you have done!  Submit your flips.  Email me at furnitureflippin@yahoo.com .  Before/after pictures with lots of details please.  If you don't send me details then I'll just make up stuff about it.  That could go either way depending on the day.
See you tomorrow!
~ Stephanie
