She chose Ben's Breath of Fresh Air for the body and complimented that color with Coral Essence (the darker pink) and Fruit Shake (the lighter pink). Her chest of drawers had a lot of fun details that Leone was able to bring out with the colors plus she added even more.
How fun is that?
I can imagine what it would look like if I attempted to do those stripes. Yikes! Let's put it this way. They wouldn't have been straight. Leone nailed it! How sweet are those drawer pulls now, too?
Let's take a gander at the completed piece...
Adorable! So adorable in fact, it belongs in a little girl's room. Well, guess what? That's exactly where it is. It was sold after the Gala and the proud new owner of it is a precious 3 year old girl. Judging by this picture of her with it, I'd say she's pretty pleased with her new dresser. What a lucky little girl!
Leone and 1 Girl 1 Brush is based in Burlington, Ontario. You might recall I featured her China Cabinet makeover back in November and her $1 Chairs last June. You can find her on her 1 Girl 1 Brush Blog or follow along with her on her 1 Girl 1 Brush Facebook page. Head on over to either and let her know you saw her on Furniture Flippin'.
Leone recently became a retailer for Country Chic Paint. Furniture Flippin' has a collaborative project in the works using Country Chic Paint and we'll be featuring their paint in the near future. In the meantime, ask Leone about it. She can tell you all you need to know and sell you some, too.
Thanks so much Leone for sharing your wonderful furniture flip!
That brings to close another week of Furniture Flippin'. We'll break for the weekend and to work on our own flips. In the meantime, hurry up and submit your flip! I'd love to see what you have accomplished. You don't have to be a business to be featured here. It can be a flip for yourself. Remember when emailing, I need a before picture, after picture and as many details as you have. A lot of times, that's what slows down a feature. So, send me a LOT of details and you'll get on faster. Don't think you can ever send TOO many details or pictures. Email me at furnitureflippin@yahoo.com .
Have a great weekend!
