Let The Sun Shine...

Could it be?  Could Spring weather actually be here in the Midwest?  Well, even though it felt like Spring yesterday and today's forecast looks just as nice, I'M NOT FALLING FOR IT.  We've been fooled by Mother Nature too many times this year to fall for her early April Fool's joke.  Every time the snow flies, I think of our flippin' friend Carol from Carol's Paint Creations.  As much as I have whined about our Illinois weather I know that Carol has suffered through worse weather in Battle Creek, Michigan.  In hopes that Spring will FINALLY arrive let's think sunny thoughts by checking out this gorgeous flip that is one of Carol's favorites.  

Initially, Carol had thought of painting that vanity grey but she began it shortly after her dad passed away and instead chose a cheerful shade of yellow in hopes of easing her sadness just a bit.  She painted it using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Arles over Cream.
